-added 4 guards,
-removed 2 fence layers, and most water under them
-(only kept water fences by the spawn area.)
-Added in some lights and new cameras
-Tweaked parking lot area, now has multiple exit points.
-Changed front door to CYAN only key.
-Changed spawns to allow for more common items (at the cost of weopons)

reduced # of cops, and due to large amounts of community feedback added freetime from 00:00 - 0600,

fixed right side of fencing area. now needs cyan key.

De-Watered some key fence areas if youd like to take a longer route out.

made it possible to escape through front doors with a red OR Cyan key

Moved roll call down to 1st floor, (makes it more obvious on how to get to the map.

Moved car further away from entrance,
-reduced weopon spawn slightly,
- increased common items slightly.
-Play tested, fixed back entrance.
- (more detail) added cameras in front parking lot and lights.

Minor stuff, removed spawn room cameras. play tested for a bit. added vents
