Turbolaser Issue should be resolved!

-XX-9 Turbolaser Range: 2km (Can be set to a max of 9km)
-Octuple Barbette Turbolasers Range: 9km
-Armor changed to Clean Armor
-Floor Plan script has been changed to a manual refresh to increase performance
