Added some cards with dice symbols. This can help with testing if you want to simulate average rolls without too many runs of luck.

Added high-res scans of deployments and objectives, including many that weren't in there before. All tournament-legal deployments and objectives for 2018 Season 3 and 4 can be used in the mod now; practice for Worlds!
