Update v1.3

- Fixed several bugs like a buggy bridge, underground bugged objects, zombie navigation, item/zombie/vehicle spawnpoints, and even more.
- Rebounded global trees as several of them were floating and/or underground.
- Added boulders to get metal resources.
- Added a few palm trees at some beaches.
- Added some Mushroom resources on some tunnels.
- Added small spawn with unobtainable items such as greece guns or blueprints.
- Added warden's key, needed to open the big capsule of Scorpion-7 and to open the small abandoned rooms near the tracks (where the new spawn are).
