- Replaced construction area of Campos City with an orbital elevator complex

KNOWN BUGS
-Road textures misaligned and other small flaws in some areas
-Road textures in zoo don't match current road type
-Not all roads have textures
-Terrain reverted to an earlier state causing some roads to become less smoothed
