Unclean Giant's Poison Spores crit chance increased
Madman's Doomsay now has a low chance to crit in champion variations
Fanatic's Blight resist reduced by 40%
Pelagic Shaman's Ceremonial Cut critical strike chance increased
Crone's Fetid Censer can be used from rank 3
Ectoplasm's Cytokynesis accuracy increased by 10
Necromancer critical chance increased
The Thirst univerally has increased crit chance
The Thirst has increased crit chance if a monster has already feasted
Esquire's Rib Cracker damage reduced by 25%
Esquire's Skewring Repartee damage reduced by 50% (rank 4 damage increased)
Supplicant's Gather The Blood damage/crit increased
Supplicant's Predigestion damage decreased and crit increased
Chevalier's Buried Blast can now crit
Hag's Season can now crit with a high chance
The Fanatic's Pyre now does less damage to captors
Collector Vestal's AI improved
Bug fixed that gave the Jester's Solo self buff an increased duration
Healing droughts no longer sellback equally with purchase price
Smite bonus damage removed
Smite accuracy reduced by 5
Smite crit chance increased by 2
Holy Lance crit chance decreased by 7
Vestal's Shar's Light no longer reduces crit and has a 10% reduction to its modifier
Barendiks skills damage reduction increased by 25%

The Shieldbreaker patch has also recieved similar changes

Siren charm duration reduced on apprentice and veteran versions
Siren HP reduced by 25% across all variations
Siren dodge increased by 5 onn all variations
Hag HP increased by 25% across all variations
Ranged accuracy on Gunslingers Buckle has been reduced by 20
Sniper shot can now hit the first rank
Hands from the Abyss damage has been increased by 10%

Inventory has been expanded to grant two more additional spaces
Skilled Gambler crit reduced to 1
Vestals Barendik buffs from trinkets nerfed
Shar's Chalice damage buff changed to +3 crit
Bloodlight now grants 4% scouting chance
Weak Crimson Curse activation chance changed to 22%
Strong Crimson Curse activation chance changed to 31% (This has been added due to fights being more drawn out)
Hounds Harry damage reduced from -30% to -45%
Finale damage reduced by 40%
Abominations base health reduced by 10 (armor upgrades reduced to compensate)
Cultist brawlers Dire Rend increased to deal more base damage than Rend for the Old Gods
Fix to abomination only choosing one buff for Instinctive Eyes

An error involving incorrect and missing rewards for crimson court gather missions has been fixed (game crash)
'Virtued' has been changed to 'virtuous' in various buff descriptions
Hag AI improved
Rounds changed to turns in many effects tooltips (experimental)
Guilty conscience forced interaction chance reduced slightly
Crimson Court shrews have changed rewards for The Blood
Crimson Court randomised encounters are now more robust
Maggots will not appear in randomised encounters for levels above apprentice in the Crimson Court
Carrion eaters will not appear in randomised encounters for champion/darkest levels in the Crimson Court
Trap stress effects fixed
Lurker dodge debuff weaker for lower level dungeons
Ancestors coat nerfed (spd removed, dodge reduced)
Sufferings collar nerfed (reduced crit)
Reduced the required exploration percentage for explore missions

Crimson Court monsters have slightly reduced blight resist
Deep Stinger Shocker debuff duration decreased by 1 round
Rattler riposte minimum damage and crit chance increased
All snakes have increased accuracy
In the Crimson Court quest one where there would be instances of 2 monsters there are now 3

Necromancer no longer targets himself on 6 Feet Under's brittle effect
Healing items can no longer crit
Cultist Brawler's Dire Reach can no longer hit rank 1
Madman stress effects reverted to original values
Cry havoc acc buff reduced by 5
Man-at-Arms base hp reduced by 20 (scales to higher armor levels)
Shieldbreaker weapon dmg reverted to origianl value (scaled to double damage)
