Update (3.0.6)
Major Additions:
New monster tags have been introduced (like unholy/human). These tags denote a more general classification to an enemy.
For now only some hero skills will interact with these tags.

Hero changes:
Bounty Hunter:
- New passive that involves new monster tags

Crusader:
Stunning Blow:
- Crit slightly reduced
- Now has a monster tag bonus

Helion:
Slayer:
- Base damage increased slightly
- Stun and mark interaction removed
- Damage from bleed no longer scales and has been reduced
- Now has a monster tag bonus

Houndmaster:
Catch and Tear:
- Now has a monster tag bonus

Jester:
Dirk Stab:
- Armor Pierce reduced
- Now has a monster tag bonus

Leper:
Conquer:
- Damage very slightly increased
- Crits received buff removed
- Now has a monster tag bonus

Plague Doctor:
Incision:
- Now has a negative monster tag effect

Flagellant:
Double speed increase at second weapon breakpoint removed (my mistake)
On deaths door effects:
- Healing increased by 50%
- Now applies "can't be guarded" to flagellant
- Speed buff increased dramatically
- Now has an internal cooldown

Punish:
- Expose damage bonus reduced by 3%

Fanaticism:
- Stress amount reduced slightly
- Now applies a healing debuff

Shieldbreaker:
Pierce:
- Now has a monster tag bonus

Vile Javelin:
- Crit reduced slightly
- Now has a monster tag bonus

Commandant:
Perilous Ground:
- Bleed chance slightly reduced
- Expose chance increased but only applies 1 exposed

Strangle Thorn:
- Bleed chance reduced slightly

On my target:
- Damage reduced significantly
- Gains damage vs marked

Monster Changes:
Brigand Cannon:
- Base health reduced by 10%
- Passive dmg received reduced by 10%
- Debuff resist is now set to a high (but not immune) amount
- Blight resist is now set to a extremely high (but not immune) amount
- Significant changes to behaviour
- Some skills have been changed (spoilers below)

- Citadel and reset defense now have cooldowns
- Reset defense now grants a significant prot buff (instead of blocks)
- Citadel now grants a block to the cannon as well
- BOOOM damage decreased but multitarget chance increased
- Rain of Fire crit chance significantly increased
- Summon chances reduced slightly (lower difficulties only)

Bug Fixes:
- Fix to some trinkets being free in the wagon (they can be sold now too)
- Potential fix to Man at Arms Rampart

- All Weapon and Armor upgrades have been reduced in level requirement (an upgrade is avaliable at level 2 now)

Monster Changes:
Skeleton Arbalist:
- General damage reduced

Gargoyle:
- Prot reduced
- Move debuff chance reduced
- Crit chances reduced
- General damage reduced

Brigand Cannon:
- Dmg reduction reduced
- Aegis block generally reduced

Bug Fixes:
- Gargoyle passive is now visable
- Fix to missing Commandant string
- Skeleton Defenders riposte now has sound
- Skeleton Arbalist Mark buffs should now be visable
- Fix to most (hopefully) broken enemy spawns (finally)
