No spot and no starter error should be fixed...
You no longer need to assign a free time block to start the parties.

1. Colonists now don't attend other people's anniversary parties. (Can be toggled off in settings).
2. Added the ability to see all the birthday/anniversary dates.
3. Now you can change the dates right in the list.
