-Update to fix a typo that was BOTHERING ME

-Changed election events to give the lesbian republic female rulers
-Changed the starting female ruler to female, sorry Sappho!
-Also changed starting ruler's name to Emma Rose, which i came up with on the spot.
-Leader title is now 'Sappho', should probably be changed.
-Changed government name

-Fixed localisation
-Lesbian culture is now part of the LGBT culture group, lets me play around with it more and helps with possible compatibility
-Added the Lesbian Republic country, with a tag and core in chios (Lesbos, when owned by them)
-Changed capital city fo Chio/Lesbos to be Sappho's home city
-Made starting ruler fo Lesbian Republic Sappho, as a placeholder
-Added Lesbian National Ideas
-Lesbians are now historical friends with the ottomans, to give them a chance at surviving.
