Character Kickstarter now grants 20 Core Fragments
Character Kickstarter now unlocks Mechs for the user
Added several items that only unlock certain things:
"isn_mech_unlocker" - Unlocks Mechs
"isn_tech_unlocker" - Unlocks base game techs
"isn_ship_unlocker" - Unlocks maxed ship license and gives 10 upgrade modules
"isn_tool_unlocker" - Unlocks wire, paint and scanner tools and gives 191 manipulator modules
"isn_universe_unlocker" - Unlocks everything at the outpost
