修复了一些星际基地模块无法激活船坞的问题
去掉了一个为堕落添加科技导致的性能问题
Fixed the issue where some starbase modules were unable to activate the shipyard

修复怒月相关bug,虽然不会产生游戏问题,但是报错很讨厌
Fixed bugs related to Harshmoon. Although they don't cause any game issues, the error messages are quite annoying.
