Changed Projectile Model and Speed

Tweaked Damage Curve
Now deals less damage at point blank range raising up to full damage at a distance.

I sure hope it's 5 meters. I didn't test it nearly as much as I should have but oh well.
I'll tweak it more based on feedback.

Again. So many draw tweaks.

So .rfc files have the be the exact same name as the one on the workshop for it to properly upload.

Just updating this because you can change the filename of the .rfc that you upload to the workshop, I just didn't do it right because I'm a doofus. I changed it later and it worked!

Remembering That You Reloaded

Lowered Reload Time
Shaved about a second and a half off of the reload time. (Not the animation).
The reload is now considered finished the moment the hammer is pulled all the way back.

Fixed draw animation
Fixed that little wiggle the hammer did on drawing.

Fiddled with bullet settings
Messed with damage drop-off and lifetimes and all that nonsense. Just trying out some different settings.
Should also be less lethal at ridiculous ranges.

Actually (Hopefully) uploaded the right files this time!

Hopefully won't be too taxing. Will lower if anyone is having any issues.

Fixed an animation issue
Made it less likely to stick if you kick while the gun is empty.
