UPDATE 1
The first set of adjustments to the vanilla summoning values:

REDUCED SPELL CHARGES
Vermintide now has 3 instead of 6
Pestilent Birth now has 1 instead of 2
The Dreaded Thirteenth Spell 1 instead of 2

Kadon now has 1 instead of 2
Savage Dominion 1 instead of 2

SPELL COST TWEAKS
Savage Dominion changed to 21 to be in line with Kadon
