Crumbling and distegration has been added back to the three Damned Knights variants, it seems to have been removed in vanilla last patch. No idea why, possibly an oversight by CA.

The new Beasts of Itzl ability (summon Razordons) has been rebalanced for no degradation. The new progression is 2-3 instead of 3-5. As always, all balance feedback is welcome in the balance feedback thread.

Updated for the Hunter & the Beast DLC (patch 1.7)
No relevant changes, only tweaks to conform to CA's under the hood changes to unbinding states.

• Removed "unstable" and "unbreakable" from summoned undead units as it has finally been added by CA to the base game.

I've found a clever workaround that removes unbinding icons on the select few units that still have them.

Balance tweaks: +5 second cooldown to Menace from Below and its charges from Skaven corruption is now 1/2/3 instead of 1/3/5

HOTFIX: Crumbling/disintegrating has been added to Krell, Arkhan's skellies and Cylostra's ghost knights. These units are no longer unbreakable (something that CA added to compensate for degradation) so by reversing this they get their old crumbling effects back.

Tomb Blade of Arkhan now summons the correct larger unit version of skellies
