- Planets larger than size 25 will not be reduced in size

- now uses "is_artificial = no" and therefore excludes any planet classes marked artificial (generally megastructures)

Additional exceptions have been included for Origins from other mods.

The mod has been overhauled and now includes all origins, except "Void Dwellers" and "Shattered Ring" without overwriting any vanilla files
