Release 2 - Default Destinations, minor tweaks, optional DELETER

Changes:
> Added Default Destinations, read item description for what it does
> Updated the credits to the ones found in the latest build
> Upgraded the resolution-based Menu element height formula to the one used in Classic Event / Track Selector
> Clicking the DELETER while holding ESC allows you to edit it's text
