-Spread Decay reduced to vanilla value of 7 from 8.
-Very slightly tightened movement accuracy to 4.4 from 4.5.
-Slowed Deploy Duration to 1 second from 0.67.
-Increased Penetration Power to 60 from 50.

THE BALANCE UPDATE
-Damage significantly increased to 67 from 48.
-Slightly increased fire rate to 0.109 delay from 0.11 (vanilla was 0.11). This is to match the fire rate of the real-world M60 and the Browning M2HB.
-Increased Penetration Layers to 3 from 2.
-Reduced capacity from 250 to 200, both for realism's sake and to differentiate it better from my old Minigun script.
-Increased Deploy Duration to 0.67 seconds from 0.5.
-Removed reload speed edit due to occasional glitches when reloading.

This thing really wasn't living up to its name before, having about the same DPS as a regular primary weapon, which completely removes the point of dropping a primary in exchange for an M60. This should be much more viable, and may see further tweaks.

Rebalanced damage to make this weapon more worth it in Tank and other boss-like engagements. It is now balanced to have 25% more damage per second than the most powerful "normal" primary weapon, and it's magazine size allows for continuous fire, allowing for a decent wielder to be a good anti-Tank weapon, provided the user can afford to stand still.
