Update 12/26/17

TL;DR
- Increased the NumNaturalWonders multiplier from x2 to x3
- Updated Mod Description with new expected Natural Wonders for given map sizes
- Decreased the MinDistanceNW from 4 to 2

Word Vomit:
In theory* these changes should do a couple things. First, the decrease in MinDistanceNW should allow for closer NW placement (and closer Civilization Starts) to other Natural Wonders. One potential theory as to why the expected number of wonders were not placing is that the game was evaluating for NW placement and finding not enough tiles far enough from Civ Starts and other NW. Additionally, by increasing the NumNaturalWonders multiplier I have increased the expected Natural Wonders per map size to allow for all 17 base game NW to be placed on one Huge map (21 slots) or one Large map (18 slots). Each of those map sizes also has at least one spare slot for mod added NWs.

*based on my testing this morning the new code seems to be working, but if it is NOT please let me know HOW you tested it and in what way the mod is not working as it should.
