- Updated for 1.5
- The slots were now transformed to decisions
- Some smaller fixes and localisation errors have been fixed, thanks to everyone who pointed them out
- Added a new truce mechanic. Usually, a truce will expire one month after the peace was concluded.
- Now you can ask your former enemies via decision to extend it to up a year!
- I also tried to fix the "AI is spamming requests bug" and I think that's solved now.

-Modified the way states are assigned to the winner. This should fix some state transfer bugs, which mostly happened when multiple countries were defeated and had states occupied

-Small changes to the handling of the "peace_declined" flag. This will stop the AI from spamming peace proposals
hopefully but I can't guarantee it! If the AI still spams then please let me know!
-The debug event is now hidden
