Fixed numbering on down markers

Named the probabilities helper object

Added dice probabilities helper

Removed Ahnks from the table and placed them back into the bag for game start (my bad!)

Added custom Phil Manly dice and updated the placeholder indicators to be outlines instead of solid colors.

Added placeholder indicators for the play call and discard pile

Switched cube colors to match player seats

Added a marker to plan out your player's path

Updated board to be a custom tile instead of board (dice were falling into the edge). Added dice towers in the play aids bag.

Fixed issue with scoreboard not working correctly
