Brought back the old logic to find the RespecIndex by looking hat the last line with Abilities

got rid of the remove Ability code in AcceptButton() as we are always replacing

LWOTC during Respec:
1. Check for Rank-Deck
2. check for any non Rank-Decks
3. if no deck -> TC-Abilties

LWOTC if no deck is found give the user crossclass abilities instead of an empty choice

- rewrite of major fuctions
- LWOTC support for Deckranks
- LWOTC Tier-Deck support discontinued
