ECM v1.3.1 Release

Elite's Conflict Mod v1.3! This is the most up-to-date version. Please enjoy and thank you for all of the support and help.

A changelog is posted below:

ECM v1.3 (03.25.2021 Release):

- All ships for both factions (Rebel/Empire) that were cut for the v1.2 Demo #2 have been re-added
- Updated the Quasar Fire model
- Added HD planet textures
- Added new planets and redid a lot of coding with the planets, adjusted all of their locations and trade-routes.
Final corrections may be needed, Will be addressed in 1.3.x patches
- Planet populations now fall into 5 categories: Barren (10), Colonial (25), Civilized (50), Industrialized (70), and Capital (100).
- New GC layout with updated galactic background
- New icons for most of the ships
- Rewrote Damage vs Armor matrix table, further adjustments may be needed
- Removed Magic unit spawns for AI, should solve capital ship spam
- Adjusted space unit population values
- Adjusted Fighter/Bomber loadouts to more balanced amounts
- Skirmish balance pass
- Empire starts with TIE Fighters instead of TIE Interceptors
- Upgrades are now separate from the Unit queue
- disabled AI heroes for Training Protocol GC
- Reworked difficulty settings to make the game a bit easier and more fun for beginner players
- Redid classes/ranks data
- Edited Rebel Ground Tournament Arena values to make stronger

Bug Fixes/Stability Improvements:

- Fixed lots of internal errors
- Fixed Acclamator model that had no hardpoints
- Fixed a crash when invading a Pirate owned planet
- Neutral Pirate faction fixed and properly working
- Corrected unit affiliation inconsistencies and buggy behavior
- Fixed a bug with the Rebel Steal Tech screen where there was a duplicate CR90 entry
- Victory 2 SD hardpoint issues fixed

**KNOWN ISSUES**
- Balancing may still need adjustments
- AI still needs to be edited, will be a lengthy process to address
- Trade Routes may be broken for a couple of planets

Elite's Conflict Mod v1.2 Demo #2 released on July 4th, 2019. It features a new population system, new galactic campaigns, and new space units for both the Rebel and Imperial factions. As well, a variety of description updates, bugs fixes, and other changes have been implemented.

- Fixed Imperial Star Destroyer I-class hardpoints exploding issue
- Fixed galactic quest menu descriptions for Rebel Alliance and Galactic Empire
- Updated camera FOV
- Unlocked Imperial Star Destroyer I-class (is now buildable)
- Updated mod credits in game
- Deleted random files from downloaded mod folder

- Added new Coruscant and Hoth alternates for the Training Protocol GC to allow for increased population and credit income as well as the ability to construct planet specific units

- Fixed Victory I-class Star Destroyer unit ability
- Imperial II-class Star Destroyers now show a few front hardpoints for realism and increased unit strength

Elite's Conflict Mod v1.2 Demo #1 released December 2018. This released featured our two primary factions with a number of balance changes, model and texture updates, new galactic conquest maps, stereo quality music tracks, new planets and correct lore, and a number of other smaller adjustments to the base game.

Elite's Conflict Mod v1.2 Beta released in August 2016. It featured new maps, units, and planets as well as a ton of bug and balance updates. Massive amounts of feedback from the community and the expansion of our mod team after this release has allowed us to develop many aspects of this game that previously would have been impossible to work on.

Elite's Conflict Mod v1.1 released in early June 2016. Our goal for v1.1 was to have the fans play the game and submit feedback, giving us the opportunity to fix any issues we didn't find prior to release. It also allowed us to finish extra content that wasn't quite ready for the previous release. We want to say thank you to all of the fans who commented or messaged us about what they would like to see or any problems they had.
