New, experimental, French Revolution overall, complete with the coalition wars, Napoleon, and the Congress of Vienna if France loses
Updated the Republic of China disaster to make it rarer

Temporarily disabled the French Revolution while a new version of it is being worked on.

Added semi-experimental modifiers to heavily limit the expansion of the AI in certain locations that did not see much expansion historically
Qing and Mughals should no longer collapse.
Russian no longer should conquer China.
The Iberian Wedding is much more likely to occur now.
The AI Habsburgs are almost guaranteed to get a PU over Hungary and Bohemia now.

Version 1.6.1 for EU4 1.22:
Fixed a rather urgent issue that caused the moral of armies to drop massively for every single nation in the game. I'm surprised I hadn't noticed this one.
