Added More INI options for Advanced Dart damage, speed, and gravity.
New version of the Custom Sniper Rifle with weapon attachments!

Testing new seperate sniper rifle that shoots actual projectiles!
Removed the option to drag darts to the machined sniper rifle, as this caused your rifle to be unrecoverable to use regular bullets. Added new Rifle instead.

Kinda fixed the Yellow darts to make the hunger added per shot about 110 over 3s. Need help figuring out how to make this amount get added while dino is awake and not tranqed.

Added better dart discriptions.

Added Medium Yellow Darts, which makes dinos Hungry.

Icons for scopes and silencers finalized. Was missing some Alpha layers for the tranq darts.
