• Added an EDICT in case the Blokkat Research Bureau fails to show up for SOME REASON.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.17 Hotfix 1:

• Removed the Blokk-Dismantler counter in the situation log. It didn't work and you can just, y'know, count them on the galaxy map. I trust you can count up to 10.
• Fixed Katzen event chain not disappearing after the Kaiser is defeated.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.17: "Ils Ne Passeront Pas"

Megastructure Changes:
• Added the Maginot World, coded practically entirely by @Aerolfos !
• Unlocked by Galactic Wonders & Unyielding Traditions.
• Ridiculously powerful defensive world.
• Has special districts that provide protection from invasions and spawn very powerful armies focused on either damage, health or morale damage.
• Features an upgradeable (through districts & jobs) orbital weapons platform as well.
• Detonates itself if Colossus'd, destroying the Colossus in the process (lol)
• Can be made to block Jump Drives, QSO/NDB, EHOFs and Katzen EHOFs within its own system and surrounding ones.
• Synergizes with the Defense Nexus by doubling corvette capacity, production rate and health/damage.

Miscellaneous Changes:
• Temporarily reverted Paluush digsite changes because it was too long for the game to handle.
• Hopefully fixed weird issue where Blokkat Research Bureau just failed to show up for no apparent reason thus making the Blokkats unbeatable.
