Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.16: "Haha, Planet Printer Goes Brrrr"

Megastructure Changes:
• Added the Behemoth Assembly Plant.
• It prints Behemoth Planetcrafts, what u no get?

Flavor Changes:
• Added new flavor events to the Yggdrasil Orchid.
• Dofus (the Solakia guy) now asks for his Flusionian land back when the Kaiser is defeated.
• Accepting reduces the amount of Districts on Flusion.
• Refusing makes him very angry.
• Can then seize his land anyways or give him the entire planet if you don't want or need Flusion.

Galactic Community Changes:
• Reworked Galactic Community resolutions for the Kaiser.
• First resolution grants +25% damage to the Kaiser.
• Final resolution makes everyone declare war against him.
• Can also denounce the Kaiser's invasions of various Flusionian nations and support said nations (Solakia, Laurandar & Ezic Empire), debuffing the Kaiser by bolstering resistance.
• Added Resolutions for Aeternum.
• First one grants 3 intel to everyone.
• Second one unlocks when Aeternum begins to awaken and enables the Galactic Community to form a giant Anti-Aeternum federation.
• Third one lets you invite FEs and AEs to said Federation.
• The fourth and final one lets you launch a grand pre-emptive strike on Aeternum which will grant a temporary damage & speed buff to all Galactic Community membrs.

Miscellaneous Changes:
• Buffed Endtekk & Bismuth Blokkats. Their Dismantlers, Mothership and Terminators now get buffs based on the difficulty too.
• On Endtekk the Mothership is now escorted by a few hundred small ships in addition to the 5 Terminators.
• Rewrote the entire Paluush digsite to be higher quality in general (can be found in #announcements)
• Flusion now has a governor when owned by the Kaiser. His name is Loris and he is very competent.
• Can now set Flusionian portraits to "silly" which will make them look very silly and stupid.
• Strike Corvettes are now capped at 1000 per planet.
• Fixed Behemoth Planecrafts not being expensive enough.
• Fixed Moon Printer not being expensive enough.
• Can no longer build the Nexus around primitive planets.
• Various miscellaneous fixes.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.15.2 Hotfix 2:

• ZOFE Ascended Empires and Stellarbornes can now actually deal with the Blokkats.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.15.2 Hotfix 1:

• Blokkat-Vester no longer has regen. I think you'll understand why.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.15.2:

• Fixed some loc issues with the Beacon.
• Cut the production of the Iodizium buildings to 1/3
• The Iodizium buildings now buff the appropriate job for their production.
• Re-enabled the Psionic Beacon.
• Disabled the 'Temporarily Disabled Features' event as none of them are (except compound but shhh)
• Replaced all instances of has_non_swapped_tradition with the correct trigger, has_active_tradition.
• Fixed Alderson origin and Masterful Crafters issues.
• Fixed miscellaneous loc issues.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.15.1 Hotfix 12:

• Integrated the Gas Giant Habitat changes from Gigastructures: Perfectly Balanced Edition so they won't suck as much.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.15.1 Hotfix 11:

• Re-enabled the Stellar Particle Accelerator's cool custom UI. Turns out it was a really simple fix. Whoops.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.15.1 Hotfix 10:

• Fixed a missing 'from' in Squareworld edicts.
• The Planetary Dockyards can now be built on Habitable Gas Giants made by the Macroatmospheric Stabilizer.
• Updated Chinese loc.
• Alderson Origin now properly uses the right loc key for Catalytic Processing.
• Masterful Crafters should work with Alderson Origin.
• The Blokkats should no longer blame you for their own ship randomly falling apart (read: if you use systemcrafts to kill the mothership before the shield is down, it'll just regen instead of respawning).

• GLUE actually works again. (Much like Loris we are Very Competent)
