Planetcraft and Systemcraft are now created in unmodifiable fleets, meaning they stand alone. This solves the issue with fleet spam due to splitting fleets under command cap.
Added support for Oppressive Autocracy to the Orbital Elysium.
Elysium housing districts now provide science director jobs for technocratic empires.
Elysium research districts now provide 3 researcher jobs instead of 2 science directors for normal empires.
Added support for Minor Artifacts and Supertensile Materials to Frame World planetary outposts.
Media Mogul jobs (VR and Elysium entertainment districts) are now properly affected by the Pleasure Seekers council position.
Empires with the leader vault civics now preferentially receive training districts on M-brain VR segments.
Oppressive Autocracy empires get the VR Hell district instead of VR entertainment districts on M-brain VR segments.
Updated the gigas AI economy plan file to use the new additive method, increasing compatibility.
Fixed the gigas planet UI to show the correct 20 max district types instead of 6 (oops)

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.27.2:

- Updated Katzen Namelist with more names, provided by members of the Flusion RP (Names of all who contributed can be found in https://discord.com/channels/739835273969664050/1007699452884177006)
- In Total 9984 new names/name combinations added
- 3 new generic katzen planet names and 1 new ocean planet names have been added aswell
- Many many bugs fixed
- Blokkat traits updated
- The Ehof is disabled for 3.8 as its UI couldn't be fully updated in time
- Decreased Load times and file size, increased performance

- The Urmazin Will no longer drone on about their history endlessly
- The Imperial Version of the Pre-emptive strike against the Aeternum should now work
- Added some compatibility for Ancient empires so you don't accidentally softlock the crisis chains
- Buffed the mental damage of Blokkazoi
- Elysian Overseers should no longer provide maluses on PD planetary habitat asteroid Habitats
- PD planetary habitat asteroid habitats can now benefit from the stellar ring
- Stellar particle accelerators that don't exist can no longer be scrapped upon creation of a quasi-star
- Equatorial Shipyards are no longer able to withstand the interior of a star

- The Kaiser learned about cloaking and now has countermeasures in place, Katzen warforges will now provide +2 to cloaking detection(to that system's starbase) and when the katzens are building a sigfried world they will also be building the system's starbase into a listening post
- Ai can now be force spawned to use the Decaying Birch World Origin (They will not use it naturally however)
- If multiple people try to use the Decaying Birch World Origin, any after the first will be reset to prosperous unification
Changes by TTFTCUTS:
- Added ACOT and AOT compatibility content for Supertensile Materials. Each tier has increased pop/building slot efficiency but reduced material efficiency. Techs are available when building techs become available for each tier. Phanon and Sigma tiers are only available with AOT. There are no Light or Theta tier buildings because really those are just silly already, stop being silly.
- A preview of the new Birch models are in the mod, if you know how to tweak the files to re-enable it. They are still unfinished, which is why they're not properly active yet.

- Fix squareworld megastructure ‘planet’ attribute, and go to button for restored squareworld event
- Add basic fallback and scope checking to achievement menu display, should break less
- Some misc error log fixes.

• The gigas pre-ftl planets have been updated to use the new systems in First Contact. Flusion, Corrona, and Paluushia are currently bare-bones in terms of their interactions, more will be added later.
• Decaying Birch districts have been standardised and should be more compatible with other mods. This doesn't change their functionality at all but it would mess up existing saves so now was the time to do it.
• The Decaying Birch Archaeology district now has one Researcher and one Archaeo-engineer with Ancient Relics enabled.
• Supertensile Materials and Iodizium are now tradable between empires, but remain off the market.
• Alderson Disks have been rebalanced. Instead of uber jobs with 10x input and output, they use normal jobs again but have +300% job size. Gaia and hive hypersegments are also wet now, so you can have super swole anglers.
