Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.15.1:

New Megastructure:
• Added the Planetary Dockyard!
• It is a small kilostructure built around a planet which gives 3 shipyards to its starbase and some build speed.
• Can later be upgraded to 2 different megas.
• First choice is the Planetary Drive Yards which doubles the shipyards it gives.
• Second (and cooler) choice is the Planetary Defense Nexus, which gains the ability to automatically deploy special Corvettes at hostile fleets.
• Can be set to deploy the Corvettes whenever an enemy fleet enters the system or bombards the planet.
• Also spawns defense armies on the planet.
• Has a plethora of techs and buildings to increase how many Corvettes it can make and/or hold as well as their damage.
• Eternal Vigilance AP makes the mega a lot better.

Miscellaneous Changes:
• Can now ask the Blokkats some things (they're not very kind to you though).
• Planetcraft/Attack Moon no longer clump together when multiple are in the same fleet.
• Raised Fleet Command Limit cap to 2000.
• Halved the output of the Neutronium Gigaforge.
• Fixed Birch World Districts not giving the Catalytic Processor jobs.
• Fixed Gigastructures' districts not taking the Masterful Crafters civic into account.
• Fixed Wrecked Colossus thinking they're planetcrafts when dismantled.
• Blokkasuna is now called Blokksauna.
• Fixed weird Blokkat Containment Nexus interaction.
• Can no longer repel the Blokkats when they're not here anymore.
• Orbital Arcologies are now FORCED to scale to their planet via a monthly event.
• Moved Aeternum special projects to country scope instead of planet scope.
• Fixed an issue with Blokkat experiments.

• Fixed a Blokkat-related crash when Gateways are eaten.
• You should no longer own megas that the Blokkats destroyed.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.15.0 Hotfix 11:

• Added a final event for when the Blokkats are done eating everything they can, where they destroy what remains of the galaxy. (Can't hide in Gatzo forever)
• Fixed the Blokkat Intertemporal Restorator not being buildable on systems that previously had megastructures.
• The Kaiser Moon should now properly get destroyed if blown up by the NDB/QSO.
• Katzenartig Imperium crisis should now end properly if Flusion stops existing or is destroyed by a certain civilisation of geometrical creatures.
• The Blokkats destroying Scourge/Contingency worlds will now fire the proper events.
• Secret final stage of Blokkat Hyperdimensional Stabilizer can now be properly unlocked.
