Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.14.0 Hotfix 3:

• Planetary Computers in Aiondia now actually have the Planetary Computer modifier.
• Can no longer blow up Black Holes with the NDB.
• Can't target Katzen EHOF systems with QSO anymore.
• Asteroid Artilleries can now use Perdition Beams properly.
• Titan's Cradle ships now have invisible turrets (no more boxes) and better ship spacing.
• Fixed missing localisation in Virtual Reality planets & Corrona Dragon weapons.
• Fixed starlifter "go to" button not working.
• Fixed vanishing districts in penrose and interstellar origin.
• Fixed Paluushia & Kaiser typos.
• Kaiser won't demand from subjects at war anymore, this will prevent him from demanding land from subjects fighting their overlords.
• Kaiser should not suicide into FEs as much anymore.
• Uncapped the research you get from dissecting Jeizma the Dark Forest Ezicania (sorry boogy)
• Updated Portuguese Localisation.
