Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.14.0: "Impetuous Artillery Only"

Megastructure Changes:
• Added the B.I.G. Vat.
• The Vat is a bio shipyard, with 7 construction slots (at final phase)
• Only bio ships can be created from this megastructure, using food and energy.
• It can only be obtained via Evolution Mastery. Finally something for the other Ascension Paths!
• You can clone 5 different leviathans after defeating them.
• Ships can be repaired at the vat
• Added 9 custom bio ship types.
• Added a basic achievement for the vat.

• Added the Asteroid Artillery.
• Midgame megastructure unlocked after battleships, stationary defensive station built around an asteroid.
• Can be customised and upgraded with an unique upgrade mechanic.
• Can upgrade damage, firerate, tracking, range, HP and regeneration.
• Can assign "points" to upgrade the Asteroid Artillery, with extra techs unlocking more points + a repeatable for the endgame.
• Eternal Vigilance adds upgrade points.
• Attack Moon tech now requires the Asteroid Artillery tech.
• AIs will build them via script. Look out!

Miscellaneous Changes:
• Nerfed the UFS because it rustled's Garyx jimmies.
• EHOF should now actually know whether a leviathan has been defeated or not.
• Added a new shader, PdxMeshColorAlphaAdditive.

• Added Portuguese/Brazil translation! (Thanks @PedroMortyc)
• Fixed a cost issue on the Ringworld Upgrade decision, that had it checking for being a Titanic Ringworld, rather than Behemoth.
• Reduced ringworld upgrade influence cost to 50, so doing it 4 times no longer costs more than just building another ringworld.
• Fine tuned initial cohesive spawn locations for huge map.
