* Updates to the gear display: Sorted the buttons alphabetically, added the expansion gear, added automatic button refresh when gear bags are added/removes from the active zone

* Added the gear card display/manager 1.0. Still some work to do to round it out, but for a core game, it's ready to go.

* Removed the dice/token trays, and centralized one location for the tokens. Dice no longer needed.
* Centered the manual under the hunt event board, and put the hunt roller to the left, and severe injury roller to the right.
* Rotated the Steam username display to no longer be upside down.
* Fixed the ? from showing up as marked checkboxes on character sheets.
* Removed the phase sheets from each character area.
* Changed the texture of the main table to a light texture to make it easier to see and see shadows, and brightened the lower table texture to make it more visible.
