Fixed Damage Source issue. Erchius Quest should work now. Shouldn't be any need to make a new character.

Strange error where two corrupt files, probably remnants from github, existed in one of the folders. Deleted them and Starbound no longer crashes.

First Technical Update. Changed Stat Point distribution to give more overall statpoints.
