Removed Global Cooldown Reduction as it was causing a bug that reduced to zero the damage and healing caused by all spells. A separate mod for global cooldown reduction will be made in the future if I manage to get around the issues it causes.

Greately reduced the scope of mod, it now only affects Global Coolwon of characters, Exp required to level up, the stats of enemies and the stats of gear. The other components previously present on this mod have been moved to other separate mods. This will improve the compatibility of the mod and allow a more "modular" experience if the player liked some aspect of the previous version, but not others.
