- Renamed textures folder to Textures.
- Added update.txt to Texture folder to force steam to update foldername

This hopefully fixes the Texture issue for Linux users!

People were complaining that their "Power" Category was too cluttered
M-13 Power Solutions wouldnt be a solution if it didn't come with a solution!

If for some reason you cannot find your Solar Panels anymore: Look for the "M-13 Power" Category!

I've done something i should have done in the first place: Combining the Glow & No-Glow versions of this mod!
So without further ado:
This update adds the 4 Not-Glowing Solar Panels from my respective "No Glow mod".

Small Note For everyone that have/had Glow & No-Glow versions of the mods installed.
===============================================================================
After updating this mod to it's latest version,
you should be able to safely uninstall the "No-Glow version" of my mod
(Which is also no longer available on the steam workshop)
You will get an error popping up because i removed the research related to the no-glow Solar Panels.
This is perfectly normal and will not destroy your save.

Added Alpha 17 Suffix to title

Fixed minor bug with research requirements. (Was missing SolarPanels as requirement)
