Added, tweaked build and unit spawn lists. Now also includes IDAP stuff. More opfor variety, including a chance for MiG-29 or Mi-28, so watch out. Other armor and IFV's added. A few things (like mraps) added to blufor build list.

Added Firewill's AV-8B and F-22. Tweaked values. Added Phronk's furniture script now that it (kinda) supports Tanoa.

updated most recent ignore list. Lowered convoy ambush number from 5 to 2. This is from Wyqer's .961

Added some clotheslines and such to exempt from punishment for knocking them down. Added new gref config from Wyqer. We'll see if it actually spawns gref resistance guys or just keeps doing vanilla. Preset is for gref.
Hopefully, I won't need to add aaaaaaaaallllll the different kinds of fences and walls, but I might. Ugh, tedious.

Stlight folder name change to try once again to get rid of funny characters. Reverted sector size and detected range back to default (I think). Since small towns can no longer become factories, I added a bunch more; some of my own design. I also added R3F logistics for ease of manual logistics harvesting and such!

Made another bridge in the south. Not great, but it should work. Made sectors and activation range a little bigger, and tried repositoning Blue Pearl East and West to Compinsate. Regina and Regina Outskirts now just Regina and it's a big town. Aircraft now need a lot more fuel to build. Also, can someone tell me how to get the name to show up without %20 in the title in the mission selection menu? Something isn't right.
