- Revised hitboxes for all 4 Vocaloids.

- Minor adjust physics constraint value
- Re-modified c_arms rig, removed wrist weightpaint
- Added jigglebones for hair ribbons

- Re-configurated texture vmt files to support nolit glow textures for eye_hi and parts of the clothing
- Added "nodecal" command to hair vmt texture files to remove blood decals.
- Re-adjusted foot bones and weights to prevent the heels from clipping into the floor on some animations.
- Removed weights from ankle bone because its useless.
- Slight adjust weights on c_arms
- Reduced physics constraint for the foot bones to support the newly allocated foot bones and weights. Also to prevent any snapping of the feet.
