-Added "Archer" trait
-Changed Bow stats:
-Increased hit chance
-Increased reload time
-Decreased critical chance without Aiming skill
-Increased critical chance with Aiming skill
-Decreased damage
-Increased minimal and maximum range
-Increased aiming time

Bow now is useless in hands of people without aiming skill, and is lethal if used by experienced shooters.
If you want to hit target you need to stay still, and aim for while. There is chance that arrow will not kill target with
first shoot, and will only push it back. Archer trait costs 6 points , and gives +3 to aiming and reloading skill. People with that
Trait can successfully use bow in fight (but more pratcice still would be nice)
