Added new bolt sounds from the beta, and suppressed sounds that're also from the beta. I also slightly lowered the firing sound and added a tail.

Slightly changed the magin sound to be better synced with the animation.

Removed all suppressed sounds because the sounds break, even when I port the default sounds.

Replaced the suppressed sounds with the ones from the HL2 beta. Should no longer murder your ears.

The suppressed sounds were previously unchanged, but now use the MP5SD sounds from Half-Life 1.
