Crossbow can now zoom in. Crossbow delay is 0.9 seconds less and the reload animation is 2.5x faster.

Added cstrike Deagle. Added Crossbow asthetic so the crossbow is not empty when firing. Other tiny bugs which I squashed.

Fixed owner bug when killing anything with gun. Added Mach M249 from cstrike.

Rewrote some code and optimized it a bit. Added a new SWEP for the AR2 Rifle. Changed the physics gun to a gravity gun (because of model issues). Added tiny delays on some weapons just so they are not too op. Other minor fixes.
