Additional QoL adjustments. Range calculation for melee damage changed as well; makes it possible to hit some bosses like Gurdy now.

Version 1.2: Tweaks update!
* Adjusted Fool spawn rate. In short - avoid getting hit, find special rooms without 0-Fool to get a shot at reaching Devil Deal and I AM ERROR through the card!
* Hopefully fixed the duplicate issue where even possessing A Strange card of Fool for Christ items allowed them to spawn in item pools.
* Adjusted visual effect when the charge is not ready. Now it's more noticeable and easier to figure out if you can charge soon.
* Changed the way the game saves the specific stats of the items. Now the feline form persists even if you quit the game!
