Fixed translucent door models not drawing

* Extra checks for tool ghost entities
* Dynamic doors use bone followers, not prop_dynamic
* Rearranged which models are tied to which mountable game
* Updated language stuff
* Fixed door angle for "double door" being incorrect after loading a save due to a bug
* Do not set targetname for single doors unnecessarily
* Make sure door names are unique to prevent linked doors breaking and unlinking
* Added ability to make rotating doors breakable - Only works if the model supports it, such as the L4D doors.

Minor changes around:
* Updated tool UI of some tools, adjusted limits of Headcrab canister
* Headcrab canister now properly clamps input values in multiplayer
* Updated Door Tool so that the dynamic doors properly handle their rotation (it still imperfect if you move it with physics gun)
