Yakuza Crime Family
The largest Japanese crime family, and the 3rd most powerful gang in the city (Government being #1, Zaibatsu #2). To prove their strength, they have begun to stock up on weapons, including a tank, and a giant whoopee cushion.
Mostly armed with Shotguns, SMGs and fancy Venus flytrap tattoos. Their soldiers usually fight in groups, often too busy seeking approval from their peers and berating their subordinates to function effectively. Most of them are missing a finger or two as punishment for failing a job.
Businesses: Gambling, contract killing, extortion, drug trafficking, prostitution, racketeering, and counterfeiting pokemon cards.
Motto: "It's better to die with honor than to flee with disgrace."

Russkaya Bratva
The largest Russian crime family, quickly gaining control over various illegal activities around the city, and establishing new connections. Their members are the product of inbreeding Communist bear-fighting drunkards, and ex-Red Army soldiers with kalashnikovs for dıcks.
Mostly armed with Shotguns, SMGs, kalashnikovs and 80's Jordache yankee blue jeans.
Businesses: Gambling, murder, extortion, prostitution, fencing, arms trafficking, racketeering, standing in bread lines, selling their own organs, and brewing vodka in their bathtubs which otherwise, judging by a typical Russian's appearance, is never used for its intended purpose anyways.
Motto: "A little violence never hurt anyone."

Cohen Crime Family
The first, and largest Italian crime family in the city, with the most influence due to having a police captain on their payroll and constantly sucks their dıcks as a result.
They're known for owning one of the most expensive casinos, protecting various hotels, their secret fingernail-crusted cannoli recipe, and their poor eye-sight due to their large brow ridges and oversized high cheekbones.
They're armed with Shotguns, SMGs, and shineboxes. They're focused on looking after their families, pıssing everyone else off, making your shoes look like mirrors, and wearing aviator sunglasses indoors.
Businesses: Gambling, protection, racketeering, extortion, prostitution, fraud, murder, robbery, fencing, and public castration.
Motto: "We supply a demand like everybody else."

Zaibatsu Corporation
One of the last largest privately owned organizations (also the largest crime syndicate). Famously known for their expensive pharmaceutical products such as Bottox, their obsession with eugenics, transhumanism, penile extension implants and shadowy politics.
Their business is guarded by their own private army, most of which are Artificial Genetically Enhanced Clone Soldiers (A.G.E.C.S.), made using their newest cloning technology that involves the tedious process of collecting homeless people's sperms.
They own hundreds of APCs and gunships. Their private soldiers are armed with AR-2s and heavy armor. They don't suffer from a lack of intelligence or insecurity. They're focused, dedicated killers who aim solely to follow orders by exterminating anyone who opposes the organization, or is genetically inferior. They can do 42 push-ups, 51 sit-ups and 10 pull-ups before you can say "spit in my аss and call me Sally."
Businesses: Gambling, contract killing, extortion, assault, licensed manufacture of military equipment, manufacture of pharmaceuticals, and touching themselves at night.
Motto: "Live high, live true, live Zaibatsu!"

Dukes AC
A small-time street gang made up of greasers, Italians, and Elvis impersonators, looking to rock or rumble any chance they get.
Started out as an athletic club in their highschool, they put a permanent shıt-stain on their community by being loud-mouthed аssholes who talk way too much shıt and need to be systematically shot. They usually hang around bars and clubs, drinking and sweatily dry-humping other guidᴏs and transexuals.
They're often armed with crowbars, chains, baseball bats, pistols, cheap leather jackets, and greasy hair. Touching their hair will not only throw them into a blind rage, but also leave you wiping off gel for at least 10 minutes.
Businesses: Protection, racketeering, gambling, illegal racing, and using the cheese between their toes as hair gel.
Motto: "Don't call the cops for help, call The Dukes!"

Government
The highest evolution of organized crime. With total control over the whole land, their code is law, and it's as direct as it gets; obey or die. The largest, and most powerful gang in the city.
The Government's job is to stop people from their own stupidity. However, the Government are people too.
Law enforcers receive welfare when people commit crimes, and as a result, they'll arrest you for anything.
It's divided into smaller gangs: Agencies (FBI, CIA, USSS), Army (SWORD, Air Force), Police (LNMP, T.W.A.T, Nova). Each unit is armed according to their ranks.
L.N.M.P (Las Negas Metropolice) are overconfident, sociopaths that commit police brutality whenever is convenient. They receive inferior training and cheap equipment when compared to other units, which is why they only stay in a policing role within the city.
Nova units can only be seen in prison, pretty much like the LNMP, but with the addition of sexual violence in the cells.
T.W.A.T (Tactical Weapons Assault Team) are highly-trained units only deployed for special operations, they're capable of pulling off deadly sophisticated and synchronized battle tactics, which makes the LNMP look like a bunch of wimps in comparison. (Disregard that, everyone in this city is a fᴜcking wimp, including you.)
Businesses: The whole city.
They can be seen everywhere, constantly watching everything, listening to everything, smelling everything (including your sister's panties).
Motto: "We see it all. We know it all."
