Description
Makes all player pain/death sounds into the Roblox death noise, as well as the majority of citizen pain noises (doesn't include all the idle things they say after being injured).

@Sxpiderzz That static sound happens randomly with any sound from GMod, you can fix it with typing snd_restart on the console, it resets every sound effect so it should fix it
