1.open console (~)
2.click chest
3.type unlock
4.enjoy

for anyone too lazy to unlock it using lockpicks, just go into the command thing and click on the chest then type in

it shold have a mage bonus of 90% more speed to cast a spell

If you're only going to add 1 set of it, players may as well just spawn the armour in using console.

Easy to find, easy to use. There may be only one, but if u have this, why would you even get rid of it! And they're sexy! :D
