Beskrivning
On higher resolutions, the text in the server browser is almost unreadable. This mod changes the default font to Tahoma and nearly doubles the text size.

In order to apply the changes, you will also need to insert the following line into your autoexec.cfg:

mat_setvideomode 1920 1080 0;mat_setvideomode 1920 1080 1

If your resolution is not 1080p, then change the "1920" and "1080" to your game resolution.


This will also increase the size of some other text in the game menus, which is unavoidable.

I stumbled across this when i tried making the entire server browser itself larger, cause i couldn't find the res file.

It's an interesting approach making "just the font" bigger, but that also breaks half the ui in other dev spots that you don't want to make bigger.

Also, for those people saying it doesn't work: Y'all need to start reading descriptions.
If you don't auto exec your resolution change, this won't work. Start paying attention.

Also-er. You should redo this on th new res file, cause its out of date.
There's some parts that were added since release to make it steam deck friendly.

upd: It doesn't work because it's limited by your display's resolution, so this way to get bigger console font won't help you a lot if you use 4K resolution in game
