Description
Decided to do another Fragment since the collection is lacking right now. This skin is more distict from the others because of its neon green color.

And yes, I also believe it is too similar to the Nuclear Garden based on colors alone. I can change the color, but I'm feeling lazy right now and I don't want to make more thumbnails (which is actually just cropping pictures and some other crap)
