Opis
Small, simple mod that adds the Cat's Eye Nebula to the background of the Outpost.

If using a mod that allows for 1x zoom or on very large monitors the nebula may be cut off at the edges.

Nicely done! Question: If I sub all three, do they randomly come up each time I go to the outpost? Or do I have to have one of the three for them to show up?
