Heirs to Byzantium: 1.4.1 CTD FIX

Description
This is a fixed version of the Heirs to Byzantium mod that began crashing to desktop after the 1.3 patch (when you justify war). I fixed it a while back but didnt get to release it until now. Enyoy.
