Changelog to CSS version:

- Added more spawns
- Added teleport which leads to bonus. Go to mapstart and look behind.
- Added trigger_multiples for those of you with those kinds of server plugins.

The zones (for surftimers) are:

Mapstart: - map_start
Mapend - map_end
Bonus - bonus1_start / bonus1_end
