Berlin Tegel Airport (TXL)

Description
Welcome to Berlin's Tegel Airport (TXL). Iconic for it's hexagonal terminal, Tegel was used during the Cold War to funnel goods into West Berlin during the Berlin Airlift. It was destined to shut in 2012, however delays with Berlins' new Brandenburg Airport and excess demand have kept her doors open. Terminal A's design allows for short walking distances of as little as 30 metres from aircraft to exit. From personal experience, it can take less then a minute to get off the plane and into a car. Texel is used by Air Berlin and Eurowings as a hub.

Each gate is serviced by a dedicated baggage carousel created with the new baggage system.

Sadly its not working anymore D:

It was set with - 50 Mio$ , no working runways and no flights.

supra11000 you need to put decor in your airport to, that will make the interest up.

How did you manage to get such a high airline interest? I've never managed to get above 55%, even with low prices and every facility!


You've clearly put a lot of work in, it's very detailed!

I must say, personally I hate Tegel, its a zoo in real life, such a stressful airport, it feels unfinished, even though its very old!
